Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Scribbleminds, we take pride in creating handcrafted, personalized products for our customers. Due to the custom nature of our items, we have a specific policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations may be accepted only if requested within 3 hours of placing the order.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at admin@scribbleminds.com.
- We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests if production has already begun.
Refunds and Exchanges
- As our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- In the rare event of a defective product, please email clear images to admin@scribbleminds.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Our quality assurance team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.
- If a defect is confirmed, we may offer an exchange for the same product or store credit at our discretion.
Store Credit
- In cases where an exchange is approved but the desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
- Store credit is valid for one month from the date of issue.
- Store credit cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
Quality Check
- All return requests are subject to a thorough quality check by our team.
- We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if:
- The product shows signs of use or wear.
- The product has been damaged after delivery.
Shipping for Exchanges
- If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us.
- Please provide the tracking ID to admin@scribbleminds.com.
Important Notes
- We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
- All sales are considered final unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- This policy is in place due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products.
