At Scribbleminds, we take pride in creating handcrafted, personalized products for our customers. Due to the custom nature of our items, we have a specific policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

Order Cancellations

• Cancellations may be accepted only if requested within 3 hours of placing the order.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at admin@scribbleminds.com.
• We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests if production has already begun.

Refunds and Exchanges

• As our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• In the rare event of a defective product, please email clear images to admin@scribbleminds.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Our quality assurance team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.
• If a defect is confirmed, we may offer an exchange for the same product or store credit at our discretion.

Store Credit

• In cases where an exchange is approved but the desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
• Store credit is valid for one month from the date of issue.
• Store credit cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.

Quality Check

• All return requests are subject to a thorough quality check by our team.
• We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if:
  1. The product shows signs of use or wear.
  2. The product has been damaged after delivery.

Shipping for Exchanges

• If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us.
• Please provide the tracking ID to admin@scribbleminds.com.

Important Notes

• We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
• All sales are considered final unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• This policy is in place due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products.
